Of course what you are saying is correct but society is not correct. It is simply that the White man dating a Black woman is seen as lowering himself and the Black woman dating a White man is viewed as raising herself. It is a fundamental flaw in logic.

back in the ole days it was the KKK taking over the Democratic Party. Now its the Black Panthers! They fully support and endorse Obama. They defend him by threatening white people with sticks at the polls just like the KKK used to do to black people. And they dont even get punished for it.

The original Black Panthers are long gone. The New Black Panthers are not a force of any power in the Democratic power, certainly less than the current KKK is in the Republicans (the KKK has little influence on the Republicans at a national level, but some influence in some local areas, though overall, the KKK has very little influence anymore). The Democratic party does not believe in racial supremacy of any sort.

But as for the history, it changed mostly in 1968, not instantly, but that year was a major catalyst.

The KKK was a part of the Democratic party because they didn’t want to be in the party of Lincoln. The Democrats have been liberal and pro civil rights since FDR’s new deal. The KKK was marginalized. They voted Democrat and elected Dixiecrats in the South, who were Democrats in name, but differed markedly from the main stream of the party. That gave the main stream democrats a decent amount of power. It makes you wonder what would have happened if JFK and RFK hadn’t been killed or if FDR didn’t expand our involvement in Vietnam, which hurt his power a lot.

That started to change in 1968 with Nixon’s southern strategy. During that same summer, Democrats went on freedom rides in the South, registering black voters and some were killed by… the KKK. That was kind of when that started to change. It crystallized in 1980 with Reagan’s conservative coalition, which included many of the racists who had been Democrats before the late 60’s.

Why do so many Black supremacy, black power groups always use Egyptian symbolism. Even though black slaves came from mostly west African countries. "FAR FROM EGYPT"!! It’s so stupid to me. They look at egyptians gods as "Black gods". And are saying Jesus is Black. Even if Nubians conquered Egypt at times. Even if some Pharaohs were black. Am I wrong to say that it still has nothing to do with African Americans, who are decedents of West African slaves? Do you think some blacks are ashamed of west africa?

More like an era of white guilt where pop culture and education are geared at teaching how bad white Europeans were and how we must embrace every other culture over our own or we’re somehow being discriminatory.

My question is, how did the US media show the difference between racism in the US and Germany. It’s was a slow process if you think about it initial Nazi measures were restrictions on places Jews can go, business they can own etc.

You have to understand that racism used to be seen as ok.
It was considered "DUH!" obvious in the 1800s & into the 1900s for the ‘white race’ to be superior to just about everyone else. For proof, one only had to look at the great cities that ‘whites’ had built while non-whites everywhere were shown to be continually struggling to just get by, etc. Heck, the great poet Rudyard Kipling (he of the Jungle Book) wrote of ‘the white man’s burden’ to bring up his lesser non-white brothers into success.

So it was no big deal in the US if blacks were living a 2nd class lifestyle.
Jews, European immigrants, Latin Americans were all thrown into the same class here in the US. That the Nazis were treating their Jewish populations a certain way was not seen as anything overly problematic by the non-Jewish American people as a whole. Of course, they didn’t know that towards the end of the war the Germans would start killing off their Jewish population!
After the war, that blacks in the US should still be relegated to living a 2nd class life was not seen as anything to get bothered about. Just as seeing interacial couples out & about today is no big deal now, seeing blacks treated badly then was not seen as a big deal. That, of course, began to change. But it would take decades for things to change.

It just takes time to make it happen.
