What sort of political and economic system would be most compatible with Christian/Biblical teachings?
I do not think that our present economic system in the USA or in most of the Western world is compatible with Christian teachings. We tolerate too much poverty and encourage so much excess.
I would say that a system that is more towards socialism, but that allows for free enterprise would be more Christian. We would also have a true democracy where leaders are totally accountable. Not like what we have at the moment.
What do you think?
The Christians all want to be enslaved to a king/pope. You can hear them calling for it at every rally.

We are gathered here today to pay final respects to our honored dead. But it should be noted that this death takes place in the shadow of new life, the sunrise of a new world; a world that our beloved comrade gave his life to protect and nourish. He did not feel this sacrifice a vain or empty one, and we will not debate his profound wisdom at these proceedings. Of my friend, I can only say this: of all the souls I have encountered in my travels, his was the most… human.

Maybe a social-democratic theocracy?
Some Christians would say only the Kingdom of God is acceptable.
PS: Market socialism does allow a great deal of free enterprise. It’s communism that normally does not.

If you’re talking about the teaching of the man called Jesus who was (arguably) the "Messiah" I would say socialism. The greatest good for the greatest amount of the people. " From each according to their ability, to each according to their need."

Leviticus 25 describes what would be, I believe, a pretty good system.

We must put an end to them before they put an end to us.
